Solutions / Field-Service Businesses
See what is moving, what is stalled, and what needs you.
For HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, installation, and repair businesses—from independent operators to growing multi-crew organizations. A named AI workforce and Revenue Command Center connect the work around the systems you already use.
Where revenue leaks
The work is fine. The handoffs are not.
Service organizations rarely lose revenue on the job itself. They lose it in the gaps between the call, the calendar, the estimate and the follow-up.
Calls ring out after hours, during jobs, or when the front desk is already on another line.
Every call is answered, qualified and logged — with a text back before the caller reaches the next name on their list.
Inquiries arrive by phone, text, web form and marketplace, each landing somewhere different.
One intake queue, one format, one owner per request, regardless of the channel it came in on.
Estimates go out and then depend on someone remembering to chase them.
Follow-up runs on a schedule, escalates when a quote goes cold, and stops the moment the customer responds.
Customer history lives in a tech's phone, a spreadsheet, and one person's memory.
A single customer record every dispatcher, tech and manager can see — across every location.
Reviews only happen when a customer is unhappy enough to write one.
Review requests go out after completed work; dissatisfaction routes to a manager privately first.
Nobody can say how many requests came in this week or how many turned into booked work.
Response time, booked rate and follow-up completion are visible daily, not reconstructed at month end.
What we build
A named revenue team around your existing tools
We keep the systems your team already knows and connect the work between them. Where nothing suitable exists, we build it.
Front Desk Agent
Nothing that reaches your business goes unanswered, and nothing that slips through stays lost.
- AI voice answering for overflow, after-hours and peak load
- Missed-call text-back within seconds
- Web chat, forms and messaging into one queue
- Urgent and emergency work flagged on arrival
Structured qualification
Requests arrive structured, so dispatch is a decision rather than an investigation.
- Consistent intake questions per service type
- Service-area, trade and job-type routing
- Photo, address and access-detail capture
- Duplicate and repeat-customer detection
Dispatch Agent
Requests turn into calendar events on the systems your team already runs.
- Online booking against real availability
- Calendar and dispatch board sync
- Automated confirmations and reminders
- Rescheduling without a phone call
Estimates and approvals
Quotes move instead of sitting.
- Estimate delivery by text and email
- Digital approval and deposit collection
- Scheduled, escalating quote follow-up
- Approval thresholds routed to a human

One place where the history of a customer, a property and a job actually lives.

- Call, text and email logged automatically
- Shared visibility across office and field
- Clean sync with the CRM or FSM you already use
Follow-Up Agent
The revenue already in your customer list, worked on a schedule.

Operational visibility
What leadership can finally see
We instrument the flow we build. These are the measures that become visible — we do not promise numbers before we have your baseline.
- Inbound request volume by channel and service line
- Answer rate and time to first response
- Booked rate from inquiry to scheduled job
- Estimate conversion and average time to approval
- Follow-up completion and aging queues
- Review request volume and response outcomes
Multi-location
Built to hold up past the first location
The same layer that helps a strong single-location operator is what a multi-location group needs to run consistently — one process, applied everywhere, with the roll-up view leadership needs.
- One customer record that follows the customer between locations
- Consistent intake, routing and follow-up per brand or region
- Location-level and roll-up reporting in one view
- Role-based access for owners, managers and dispatch
- New locations onboarded onto the existing process, not a new one

FAQ
Questions operators ask first
Do we have to replace our current software?
No. In most engagements we connect and automate around the systems already in place. We recommend replacing something only when it is genuinely the constraint.
Will the AI answer calls we would rather a person handle?
You decide. Common patterns are overflow only, after-hours only, or full coverage with defined escalation to a person for anything sensitive or high value.
How does this work across multiple locations?
One process definition, applied per location, with routing and reporting scoped by location and rolled up for leadership.
What does implementation actually look like?
We map the current flow, instrument it, connect the highest-leakage step first, and expand from there. Each phase ships something usable rather than waiting on a full rebuild.
Start with the step that leaks the most
We will walk your current customer flow end to end, name where requests and revenue are being lost, and show what connecting that step looks like.
